Against Workplace Sexual Harassment

We build and offer self-organized support in cases of workplace sexual harassment

We are an international network in the making, in order to come together against sexual harassment in our workplaces: to learn to name and recognise what happened, to learn to support each other, and to fight for worlds of work without harassment!

What are we offering right now?

We are offering and creating an infrastructure of peer to peer support for situations of sexual harassment in workplaces – academic or otherwise.

How can I receive support?

Please fill out this form and tell us about your situation and needs in as much detail as you are comfortable: If it helps, you are free to focus on your needs rather than the situation itself, but you are just as welcome to reach out without fully knowing what is needed right now!

We will then match you with a peer that can provide support, advice, or simply a listening ear for you, and they will reach out to you.

How can I participate/offer support?

If you have experienced sexual harassment in workplace settings and feel comfortable supporting others, or if you have any kind of professional expertise on this matter (psychological, research-based, activist, etc.), please fill out this form. This way, you will be registered as part of our expertise-peers and we will reach out to you once there is a request for support that matches your expertise.

You are also welcome to reach out through our contact form and join our team that matches peers with one another!

Or, to simply make suggestions, share thoughts, feelings, and expertise of any kind.

How is my data kept safe?

We use an encrypted e-mail service (Tuta)  for our communication via e-mail, and an encrypted form service (Cognito Forms) to ensure the safety of your data: Everything you share is received and stored as encrypted data so that only our small team of 'match-makers' and you yourself can access what you share. This goes for all the forms we provide, including those for advisory peers. Both forms of participation are thus fully anonymous to the outside if you wish them to be.
